Common Duties Performed by the Meadow Oaks Homeowners Association Board
Work with vendors to provide neighborhood services including landscaping, chemical treatments, ice/snow removal, and mowing
Board member maintenance of common property areas including electrical, plumbing and landscaping repairs
Maintain and improve front entrance landscaping including repairs to the front entry signage
Approve structure plans from homeowners for property additions or modifications
Work with city officials and agencies to resolve property issues
Work with property owners to resolve property disputes and homeowners issues
Bookkeeping and processing related to homeowner dues including mailing and resolving delinquent payments
Working with general counsel to file liens against property owners who are delinquent in homeowner dues
Work against homeowners who are pursuing rental property status of homes in Meadow Oaks
Revise, manage and file with City authorities Meadow Oaks Homeowner Covenants
Identify new home owners and provide welcome and copy of covenants
Plan and deploy annual neighborhood meetings and distribute neighborhood newsletter
Work with community police officer to reduce crime activity and inform residence of crime prevention measures
Holiday decorations in front entry way
Remove trash and graffiti on 29th street
Remove debris from the Meadow Oaks / Beacon Hill ditch
